YMCA of Newfoundland and Labrador (NF) – Conducted comprehensive market research to assess the potential development of a YMCA overnight camp and outdoor and environmental education centre.
YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region (ON) – Conducted a research study assessing competitive market of overnight and day camps in Ontario, comparative market review of service offering of YMCA-YWCA, on-site facility and program review, provided recommendations to management
YMCA of Greater Saint John (NB) – Conducted a facility and program review of camp operations, assessed potential risks of relocation of camp to new site, presented findings to the Board and alumni group
Brigadoon Village (NS), Former Board Member and Interim Executive Director – Served on the board during the first year of operation of the newly constructed camp, served as Interim ED to transition new leadership, implemented new business model and orientation new executive director
Former Executive Director of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation (CAN/USA) – lead operations of six camps (camps in AB, PQ, ON, NS and KY), including lead on construction of camps in Ontario and Kentucky, developed youth leadership and community sponsorship programs.
